"No wind is favorable for the sailor who does not know where to go" (L.A. Seneca)

The City Museum continuously hosts temporary exhibitions and is located in the district called "La Venezia" due to the peculiarity of being crossed by navigable canals (which in Livorno are called "Fossi") of Medici origin. Currently and until next 19/03/2023 the museum is hosting the exhibition entitled "Banksy: capitalist realism. An unauthorized exhibition" which presents a retrospective on the controversial British artist.
Among the works of greatest interest are certainly the girl with the balloon and the flower thrower, which are two of his most iconic works.
The museum is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00. Website: https://www.museodellacittalivorno.it/
