Venice Effect
Effetto Venezia is an event now tied to the history of its neighborhood and the entire city of Livorno.
Founded in 1986 on the initiative of the Livorno City Administration, Effetto Venezia is now one of the most popular events of the Tuscan summer scene.
Since then, the festival has grown in every respect, increasing its spectacular content year after year and involving the Venezia Nuova district, one of the most characteristic and evocative places in the city, in a complex process of architectural restoration and historical, cultural, and commercial revaluation.
Spanning various genres and cultural offerings, in over thirty years of history, Effetto Venezia has hosted artists, personalities, and renowned companies, becoming the most anticipated event of the Livorno summer. A moment of attraction and fun for both residents and numerous tourists, but also an important stage for many emerging artists, local and otherwise, always with a focus on enhancing the identity of the city and its territory.
