The Fattori Civic Museum

The Giovanni Fattori Civic Museum, like the City Museum, is one of the structures assigned to the Libraries and Museums Office of the Municipality of Livorno. Heir to more than 150 years of history, the Museum preserves and exhibits in the nineteenth-century Villa Mimbelli a collection, above all of paintings, ranging from the mid-1800s to the 1940s, with important groups of artists from Livorno (Fattori, Corcos, Nomellini etc.) and some works by artists from Tuscany and beyond (Lega, Signorini, Boldini etc. ). The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00-13.00 and 16.00 - 19.00.
