Hi,
we are Serena and Marco (but there also our children Matteo and Giorgio) and we're so happy to welcome you on the webpage of our Kia Orana.
Maybe you're wondering the reason why we choosed such an exotic name therefore we would like to briefly explain you: during our honeymoon on the Cook Islands, Kia Orana was the greeting that the maori people used to address us at any time of the day.
What we loved was that the meaning goes beyond the simple good day or good evening as it means more profoundly wishing the other person a happy and prosperous life.
That's the reason why we decided to make this motto as our own and try to reproduce it in our management philosophy of this structure.
The Kia Orana is in fact our little creature beside being our first house when in 2007 we decided to live together.
With this house we have our best memories as both Matteo and Giorgio were born and grown here.
Starting from this year we decided to make it available to all tourist and visitors that are looking for warm, welcoming and "fully equipped" accomodation for their next staying in Livorno.
The apartment is located few meters from the main entrance of the Livorno's Hospital and therefore is the perfect solution for those that could have needs of proximity with this structure.
But at the same time we are also few steps away from the city center.
We are not professional hosts but we can assure you that we did our best to make your staying the most comfortable possible and to make the Kia Orana remain in your heart.
